Ebay is protecting itself not the public, that is what they tell the public. LOL If they were any good at protecting the buyer, amazon and ebay would be neck to neck in market share... yet ebay slips down it's rankings and profits every year (AND SELLER AND BUYERS run to amazon). So sad they can't get anything right in so many years.
