OMG I messed up the spelling on my title!!! Sorry.. dumb moment! All was well in my world or so I thought until I received a confusing message from Ebay. As such, you won't be able to list and sell items on eBay anymore. Selling standards are in place to ensure that sellers deliver a great customer experience to their buyers. They measure whether buyers were satisfied with your items and your customer service. When you don't meet the minimum requirements for selling, you are creating experiences that erode confidence and drive buyers away. If you had any active listings, they've now been ended, and any selling fees paid for those items will be credited to you. If you've recently sold items that you still need to fulfill or ship, do so promptly. You'll still be able to see any recently sold items in My eBay, send and receive messages, and of course, buy items on eBay. So I called Ebay, after hours of being on hold the guy who served me whom had some unusual attitude said that I canceled 10 transactions in the past month and that was why. I was confused as I only remember being out of stock on three items? He was useless and really did not care to help me figure it out. So I asked to speak to his supervisor. I spoke with his supervisor whom was much more humane but end result, nothing could be reversed. She said that she would put in a note stating that I should be considered as someone to be invited back in the future as she could see I was a great asset. I hung up just as confused as when I called. I began to look over my account and noticed there where indeed ten canceled transactions well one pending. Then it hit me! They made a big mistake! I noticed that 7 of those where from global shipping orders that had not paid me and not responded to any of my messages. In order to avoid ebays 10% fees from those that was going to be coming out of my bank account, I sent a cancel request and explained buyer unresponsive and all other details required. Some of these buyers only had like 4 feedbacks and where new accounts so that was already a concern. I called ebay back, feeling pretty confident that they had messed up and would see the error. After another two hours on hold, I reached a woman who also was a bit more sympathetic to my situation. After going threw each item with her she agreed and told me she would talk with her supervisor and see what could be done. After about five minutes, yes only five... or less, she comes back on the phone and say's I am so very sorry and this is so hard to tell you this, but we cannot reverse the decision. There is no policy to reverse it. HUH!? I said but I have 801 positive feedback! And I have kept all messages, I go above and beyond for my customers why would they ban me?! She had no answer and agreed that this was very unfair and hated that she could not do anything. I then decided to send an email to the head CEO of ebay: (I am going to delete personal info I am sure you all understand) _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Dear Mr. Donahoe, My name is , I recently was a seller on Ebay under the name RendezvousExpress. I received a email this morning notifying me that I will no longer be allowed to sell on Ebay. After a couple of hours of waiting on hold I spoke with Ebay this morning. They informed me that I had ten canceled transactions and that was why. Even with my 100% positive feedback and great customer service as can be seen in all my messages that I have not deleted. They said this could not be changed. The supervisor said she could see that I was a great asset and would put a note in that I was a seller they should consider inviting back. After I looked over my account confused about the ten transactions. I noticed that I had not been out of stock on ten only three. The others where buyers whom did not pay (international) and would not respond to me either. In my cancel transactions for those I explained in detail to ebay buyer's unresponsiveness etc. I wanted these canceled so that I was not responsible for the fees of selling these items, that I had not received any payment for. I called Ebay back and waited over two hours as the wait times where long again (in which I understand and had no problem waiting either time.) I spoke with a women who looked into and saw that I was correct. She then proceeded to try and see what she could do for me. After talking with her supervisor they informed that there was no policy for reversing this regardless. Even though the fault was not mine and all my customers have been very happy and grateful for my service to them. She gave me the physical address to contact ebay's president office. I found this email online and with hope that I could reach out to you. Here is a little about me. I am a mom of four beautiful children, three girls and a boy and one little miracle on the way. Last year when I became very ill and was rushed to the hospital with only 20 minutes of Oxygen left in my body, I was not released until a little over 3 months later into a hospital bed in my living room and into a wheelchair. They discovered that I had Brown Sequard Syndrome due to an unknown spinal cord injury that they believe could have been due to a violent event that happened. I am currently living with a broken back and severe nerve damage and they cannot operate due to the nerves that are currently entwined into my brake so the operation would be a great risk with me being only 32 years old. My husband had to leave his job due to the hospital not willing to release me unless I had full time care. I decided to put full focus on Ebay and try to make this my future and make it work. I have worked hard to keep every customer happy and have kept all my messages from every customer. I live by the saying that "the customer is always right" and I do my best to make sure they are satisfied even if it is at cost to me. I write to you in hopes that you can please review over this matter and see that everything I am saying is true. I rely on ebay and so does my family. I do not want to go to other places as ebay has become my comfort and my partner in my future. They don't care and I just can't figure it out. But they didn't mind taking out over $400 dollars on the first for all the seller fees for last month! Oh, I can still buy on ebay... but never ever again am I aloud to sell! I mean it is like we are some kind of criminal! It is unbelievable. Here is something funny: Speak of the devil so to speak, ebay just called me because I sent an inquiry about the electronics promotion they did that if you don't sell they will give you a $100. Well my item had never sold and it has been over a month and I have heard nothing about what they owe me. The lady has transferred me to another department, I'm on hold right now! Of course! Well that is my tale and any help in this would be great. I love dropshipping and now I have nothing coming in and I'm stuck. I worked hard for those feedbacks! PLEASE HELP!
