So for the past week I have been trying to create a new wordpress.c0m blog and I always get this damn error.

"Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it.
Please remember that you have to provide your correct email address otherwise we can not fix it"

Have I been banned or some shit? I've never gotten anything like that before grrr!

I just host my own installs and have never had a problem

Corrupted upload files? Maxed out your memory at your host?

I upload a zip file and then extract, the only downside is when I come across and new plugin and need to mod my zip file
