Banned From eBay, Need Help :(

Hey,

So I got my eBay account banned due to DSR. Even with 16 years, 766+ feedback at 99%. Just had one bad month with a broken down car and arm and it crushed my account.

Any advice would be helpful. I am really freaking out here. I have medical bills and a car that needs fixed and was relying on these sales to help cover those costs.

If your eBay account was permanently suspended then there is nothing you can do but open a new stealth eBay
account so you can start selling again. Sorry man but eBay does not care about your predicament and they just
ban people unfairly all the time.

What was the reason for being banned. You dont need to open a stealth account unless you were doing something against ebay rrules and you plan
on doing the same thing again

He mentioned his account was banned due to low DSR. Theres nothing you can do OP. I had the same problem. Theres a good guide: ''Ebay Stealth Guide''. I've got it, you can also find it on inet. Lemmie know if you need it.

Yes. I know he had low DSR. But Why did he have low DSR. He Had low DSR because he was selling fakes? He had low DSR because he shipped late etc.
It makes a world of difference as to what the OP should do next.

Well, to my best knowledge and experience as long you are indefinitely restricted there are only two things he should do next: Either go stealth or create a legit acc under family/relatives name, bank acc etc and play safe. aspkin.com is full of info about it OP

The best way to go legit is too do it via an LLC.
Doing it with family names will only them in to problems with taxes etc.

I am sorry to hear what happened to you OP, samething happened to me earlier and my unlimited account was shut down due to low DSR

I think OP is lying about a some things.

Banned? Obviously, or he wouldn't post here.
Account for 14 years? I doubt that. Means you made account '97-'98...usually only people with ebay back than worked for ebay or lived in SF and was high in tech company...they wouldn't be poor.
766 feedback? Believe that, they would ban a 100k feedback account, they have millions of other sellers, they don't care about one seller.
99% positive? I doubt that, maybe before the ban, but if people are leaving you low DSR to where you are banned, I doubt 99% of them would leave positive with very low 1-2 star DSR.

I got mines banned in '11....I had like 7-8 accounts...maybe around 100 selling history, mostly good, than 1-2 negative for counterfeit (i didn't know was counterfeit) and they banned (think it was harsh), denied my appeal. 6 months later I made new account, it wasn't very "stealth" used fake first name, someone else's address and phone, but 2-3 months later eBay found out, but they didn't care. I gained around 25+ feedback in a row as a seller, they said OK we'll let you use this account...funny thing is the next day they transferred my real name and phone number, etc. to my new account haha. Maybe I got lucky. who knows. as of today close to 400+ feedback, 100% positive, power seller, top rated seller.
