Today I recieved the current email
"We are writing to notify you that we are terminating the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement with you with immediate effect. Your Associates Program account will be closed and you will not receive further payment of advertising fees. We have taken this step because you are not in compliance with the Operating Agreement that governs your participation in the Associates Program. "
You are not in compliance with the Linking Requirements because your site makes inaccurate, overbroad, deceptive or otherwise misleading claims about Products, the Amazon Site, or our policies, promotions or prices."
What can I do? Has anyone got their account back after a ban? Do I lose my earnings? It's more than 5k!
I couldn't see this coming. About a month or two ago I chatted with thei helpdesk and spesifically asked for feedback on my site and if it was fine with their TOS. I haven't changed stuff since then.
I use $$ for prices and best product under 100 dollars etc. I use star rating but never claimed that it's amazon rating. What I can see as a problem is the links i sent. For example "Click here for a huge discount" or "Check more than 30 happy customer reviews".
Whatever the problem is I am more than willing to change it and that's why I asked them on the chat. I didn't want to risk my account. It really was an honest mistake that i tried to avoid. Is there anything I can do?
