Banned by Upwork, will changing IP address help?

As the title says


I’ve been banned by Upwork after posting asking for someone to do review swaps for me, will changing the IP address work to be able to make another account?

I have had some cool (lawful) stuff done on that site too like ghostwriting and I would to keep on using it

No. They will track it somehow

It's not worth the risk mate.
If you really wanna go for it, clear cookies every time or use different browsers if possible.
never log in to both accounts using same ip.
act like you are legit, submit something believable to other account (because staff constantly check the finished project to avoid fraud)
take a few days for give that feedback.

New ip/isp, new laptop or new windows, new everything, and you`re good to go. (unless they hire @Asif WILSON Khan to hunt you down, in that case you can kiss Upwork goodbye)

The can track your IP, device, OS, etc. So, changing the IP alone won't be effective.

will a new laptop work? Incidentally I am just thinking of getting a new one these days

Don't forget you also need new info if the address and paypal account or credit card where you accept payments are the same as the old account this will also give you away also make sure your browser isn't sharing location.
