I read some threads here with members getting their accounts reinstated, gave me some hope.

Banned for posting links on forums/non-owned domains (didn't pay enough attention to the TOS - do Amazon and CB have different rules)?

What is my best bet?
Blaming it on my outsourcer?
Claiming that it must have been other people (and throwing up falsely dated posts on my sites with similar content as proof)?
Apologizing for not comprehending the TOS, apologizing, saying you hope to make them money for ages, etc (was half way through an email like this)

Thanks, and I hope I have a chance

Like Scrapeboss says, stick a fork in that account, it is done.

I say beg them.

CJ is a solid gold affiliate which always pays.

Thanks for the help guys - they responded saying that they can't help (this was an email) and I should call them.
Has anyone tried anything before that they know works?

It seems that most of the people who get banned aren't following the TOS. Going white hat may be hard for some people, but "grey" hat might be better for most markets.

Just create a new account and move on. Accounts get banned all the time for stupid sh*t.

Were you banned cause it is against CJs ToS to post on forums or because it was against the advertisers wishes?

When i start forum posting then i have lots of problems but now a days i understand when you register then you should be follow rules of forum posting must be 160 character topic relevant of thread some sites owner don't permission out of country sites only allow country sites if you come out of country then sites owner banned your account.

Sorry to bump this thread but I would love to know if some of you know more about this i.e. CJ banning because of linkspam.

I do not mind being banned by a specific merchant but losing the whole CJ account is another thing.

I didn't think you get banned over-all? I thought you just lose access to the program you've dun goofed on?
