no you've lost that,Google normally returns the money back to the advertisers. I lost my account a few years back and all the money was returned to the advertisers. You can appeal but it's highly unlikely they even bother to reply

Its hard to get your adsense account back. If you are able to proof yourself innocent and provide some rock solid proof that you haven't done the things intentionally for example: providing traffic logs etc.

Try an appeal to reinstate it. But use good language and speak honestly.
If you have been banned because of Clickbombing, then you are gone. No luck trying there.

because they tell you, they return all the money back to the advertisers

There only one way
You got to prove you was hacked then your get account back.
But the cash you had is all gone a account that ban from adsence is really serious , in between words your being acused of fraud of course the money returened to the advertisers.
The only way to get ban , is pressing ads your self or setting up a bot to ping google ads
All classed as fraud.

you can also get banned by putting ads too close to a drop down menu as people can accidently click your ads when they are using the menu. Also you can be banned if ads are not visible as ads, there are so many ways not just click fraud

yeh, i gave up on it when i was banned, just not worth the stress waiting to see if they will finalize and payout.
