Ban Appeal Needed Please

I made an account and have posted nothing and interacted with no content really. All I did was change my name and profile details. Once I changed my email a week ago I verified it and then instantly got suspended after logging in post verification.

I changed most of the details from my laptop but in the web version of the app it was not letting me change my name which I only found on the app version. I was changing between laptop and phone a lot and I also have my personal account linked to the same phone number. Why was this account banned and how can I prevent this in the future. I already appealed and was rejected.

Could someone help me unban this account please.

This looks more like a trust/integrity flag than a normal content violation. From what you described, the account probably looked unstable to Instagram: new profile, quick detail changes, device switching, and shared phone/account signals. Even if nothing was done wrong, that kind of setup can trigger automated restrictions.

For future accounts, warm them up slowly before changing too many details. Add basic info, use one stable device/IP at the start, avoid changing email/name/profile details too quickly, and don’t connect everything to the same phone/account setup if the account matters.

Since the appeal was already rejected, normal forms may not do much now. You’d probably need a proper review route or someone who handles IG recovery cases to check what options are still possible.

It was probably the combination of things, not one single action. New account + changing details fast + switching between phone and laptop + changing email can look suspicious to Instagram even if you did nothing wrong.

If the appeal already got rejected, recovery gets pretty difficult unfortunately.

Nobody can unban your account from here. If IG's support can't unban you the only real alternative is to create a new account or buy a new one yourself.

Keeping the appeal simple usually works better. Long emotional often hurt more than help in my experience.
