In fact all my sites were rebuild by other ppl after they expired . I think those people working on large scale and scrape thousands of domain and rebuild every potionation good sitre .

I would recommend you to delete that post or spin it's content and add something of your own so that it looks like a bit unique article.

U should never use other website content it will definitely harmful for your website
Google already crawled the content and now r asking google to crawl again and it might causes to penalize ur website
Write a fresh content with the same unique word. Your site will be back again faster than earlier

Hey guys
One week ago i was scrapping some old posts from archive of a blog which droped in 2017,2018 .. i found a droped blog which is full of good unique content so i decided to use it's posts for one of my sites i go on and copied,schudule ..etc but yesterday i surprised that the site got online again and the owner decided ( after 2 years ) to rebuild the site with the same posts and the same name .. now when i search for sitelddomain.com i don't find indexed pages except about 3 posts indexed .
Now should i delete the copied posts from my site and also the scheduled ones ?
Will google count the posts for me or for him ?
N:B He changed the link structure from .html to p=xxx

Again, that's why I said only if the webmaster is some serious marketer who knows about the online world. The complainant can ask his/her writer to be the witness, .etc. But how they going to prove that they are the oiginal writer will then be a hassle.
However, citing archive.org's screenshot of when the post was first posted is sufficient enough to be used as evidence. I've seen DMCA filings that does just that and was approved.
