a little confusing as to what you are trying to to do here, what process are you trying to speed up?

ahhh you need to use the disavow tool and upload a txt file with the bad links that you removed so they get de-indexed

I have already used disavow tool, but is too slow.

Google is way too slow to remove links from GWT. However, getting Google to crawl and reindex those profile pages will take some time - same as it does for indexing them in the first place. Try using some indexing service like Lindexed to get them crawled again.
