I've never used Linklicious but have to agree that BLI appears to have a better method to ensure indexing. At least in theory

There reporting is very basic, either your URL has been through the system or it is pending, however for all the URLs that have been through the system appear to be indexed. I've only been using BLI for a few days but so far am happy with the results.

If I see a big drop in a few days Ill provide an update

i haven't try both of them, so i can't suggest it to you..
im sorry

why did you post in this thread?

i use linklicious and like it, very easy to use, spinnable titles/description etc and good price. however to note, it gets things cralwed but not always indexed

These are two completely different services.

Linkilicious will help you links get crawled with some boost in indexing. BI and similar services will help you get indexed and of course crawled in the process.

Indexing is ideal but is a pipe dream for many low quality bulk links like comments and forums. Just because a link has been crawled but is not indexed it does not mean you won't receive link juice. That being said I typically recommend the following.

Linkilicious (or any ping/rss type of service) for bulk low quality links like comments and profiles. Benefits of Linkilicious:

Cheap
Excellent crawl rate
Huge daily quotas
99% automated
Can be set to drip each batch over many many days

Negatives

Low to moderate index rates
Can footprint

Backlink indexer (never used and heard mixed reviews) I would use for web 2.0 and quality backlinks. I prefer my own private network over BI and similar services. The key think hear is increasing the staying power and strength of your links. Indexing networks do not scale well or I would just recommend them for everything. To handle ~500 links a day you are looking maintaining a private network of ~100 sites just to distribute indexing. Yet Linkilicious gives you 5000/day for $14/month.

Benefits of an indexing network:

Excellent crawl rate
Excellent indexing success rates (if the link has any chance of being indexed anyway)
Gets more powerful with age

negatives

Cost
Does not scale easily or cheaply
Decent amount of setup and management (unless you outsource)
Limited daily quotas
Slow due to scaling issues

If you use the right network for the right link sources you can minimize or eliminate the negatives of each type.

Some take aways

Links do not need to be indexed to pass page rank
Not all links will ever get indexed
Not all links will ever pass page rank
There are two goals, getting links crawled and getting them indexed, they require different amount of force
There is no one solution, diversity wins
Natural link discovery can work better if you cannot maintain link velocity
Link sources determine how much force you need and should apply
Think 80/20 and be on the winning side, spend 20% to get the 80%, don't put all your resources into things that don't matter

Hope this makes sense, I see it come up a lot and it is always the same questions.

I have tried and don't mind both, and a while ago realized that a combination of these 2 together is probably pretty effective. But yeah, to make BLI worth it, pretty much go with the $99 a month plan. I am not trying to endorse it, but the SENuke Xindexer service, does let you check the links and gives you stats on how many indexed and stuff like that, for all of you looking for more than pending, and sent though. The prices and format are pretty much the same. My ideal combo is LL and BLI on a big scale!

I used linklicious for a long time but it's really a waste of time. I saw no rank improvement from them. A friend recommended backlinksindexer.co m to me and after 1 month my rank jumped from page 3 to page 1 so that's all the proof I need. I also just read this case study which seems really true to me: "backlinksforum.co m/main-backlinks-linkbuilding-discussion/6802-backlink-indexing-service-comparison-case-study-results-may-surprise-you.html"

They r two different prgrammes,OP i don't think you know the difference btwn crawling and indexing.Linklicious creates rss feed and ping them untill bots crawled the page.let your links crawled by google by pinging them is dangerous specially if those are low quality links if bot's don't like page they won't index it,bots will find another thousand links that are not worth of getting indexed, it would have negative effect in ur site.

On the otherhand backlinksindexer and any other indexing service creates backlink to your links and turn them from low quality non indexable to high quality indexable links. You won't get any penalty if you index 1 million links over night cuz bots indexed the links cuz they thought it's a valuable page to index.

There's no choice between these tool.People only go for crawling tools if they don't have enough fund for indexing service.

Not really sure why this a comparison thread because both services are very different. In 2005 pinging backlinks was pretty effective, but the Search Engines aren't dumb and won't simply count links just because they said "hey look at me" aka pinging. The only real way to get them to last is backlinking and the mass syndication of BLI is what I've been using with great results for my web 2.0/article marketing (on a very large scale) and forum profile blasts. Linklicious is dated and I think more people are beginning to realize the power of the Backlinks Indexer network.

^ That couldn't be further from the truth, we still use the method to rank our own clients all day long and in a more cost effective way then indexing.

Look to the SERPs, not the index numbers. Those numbers are constantly in flux as google changes what is in the index. However, SERPs are the ultimate goal so you can get people to your sites and make some money.

If we wanted we could build an indexing service that just killed it. But I don't believe in that type of service at all - it's just smoke and mirrors that some people get hung up on instead of figuring out why their sites aren't ranking.

Indexing is a function of backlinks to the page, page content, page age, domain, and who knows what else.

That said, Linklicious will help your indexing some. We just don't want to preach it because in our tests it doesn't cost justify.

go for both, linklicious for forum profiles and backlink indexer for web 2.0 links, backlinkindexer is definitely 10x more powerful

Its like we always said its apples and oranges...we are a tool for a different purpose. We are cheaper method meant to attack SERPS in a different manner. You can pay for a few really expensive missles to blast cities to win the battle or you can buy a million infantry really cheap and send them in to kick ass....both ways you can win the war.

BLI = waste of money + none info about their process they just say x amount processed x pending and we have to assume its true... at the end of 3 months none of my links were indexed (59.99 plan 7500 monthly).... sure they both say they are great with web 2.0 and articles and other types of back links, but all this kind of links eventually get crawled and indexed naturally because of the nature of the pages were the links are created so no effort or money should be wasted indexing them, but what about profile links and such sources the main idea from looking a service to index back links is because they are hard to index or get crawled.

PS: no point comparing this 2 services they claim to do 2 different things one crawls the other "index back links"

go for both, linklicious for forum profiles and backlink indexer for web 2.0 links, backlinkindexer is definitely 10x more powerful

go for his suggestion
BLI: $14 for 1st tire
Linkliciou: $15 for 2nd tire

personally I like Linklicious bit too much

stay away from them. A bunch of crooks. They charged me twice. The company insists that I hit the subscribe button twice, so it was my fault.

Regardless, I only have one account and it is an obvious error that they refuse to resolve.

Emailing customer service and the guy who runs the service for a couple of weeks.
