Started a new site not sure how many of my backlinks are working .Anyone know how long it takes for backlinks to show up in something like backlinkcheck or any other way to check?

Try searching around, this has been answered many times . Anyways, did you ping or just let them sit? For me its usually around 3 weeks for google to find mine naturally after I let them sit.

It depends on what site they are on, if its high pr it would be indexed pretty soon, low index could take days.

The best you could do is to ping them to tell google that there are backlinks on these sites

if you don't ping them it can take up to weeks...but it's beater this way, let google find them.
