Ah sorry. To some extent, yes. I still build them as a foundation and expired web 2.0s with some half (or rather quarter) decent backlinks as tier 2 can still make some movement. Not by much. But as a diversity and some cheap firepower, they are and still will be good.

OP, you can make the backlinks yourself ofc, manually. Google the things I told you about and you will know better.
