I'm pretty new to SEO and am wondering how best to get back-links and to improve the sites SEO and Ranking.

Yea don't worry, whilst I want advice since im new to setting out on my own, im not new the this industry and have been working in it in an employed basis for a long time, i've seen exactly what "Quality" Fiverr brings - Key the poorly recorded sales video of a man in a his living room wearing a suit shirt and jacket and without any pants on!!!!!

You can buy backlinks from any seo service provider, but also make sure those links should be relevant as well. So not be have any kind of google penalty.

Of course it's not, do not listen to accounts from last December with 8 messages. There's millions of guides all over BHW how to make backlinks. As I said, PBNs, guest posts, tiered web 2.0s. Start there.

I wasn't expecting you to spoon feed me and I had searched but what i saw was a majority of people offering services for guest posts etc, but no clear explanation of what they are and how they matter, and since you clearly had the knowledge already I thought it would be worth asking you.

I hate when people are rude for no reason when someone is looking for advice and knowledge from people who know more, in a place designed for exactly that!

Yes, it's a place designed for that and these questions have been answered hundreds of times. It's not me being rude, it's me explaining you how things work. Bottom line is, you expected me to spend time to explain you the things, instead of you searching properly and dedicateing more than 5 minutes to it. Go to google and enter the things I wrote you in the previous post, that will make your life easier. The internal search engine of BHW is far from perfect.

If you want to make a hole in SEO, you will have to learn how to find information, because 98% of it is crap and there are some gold nuggets here and there that you will have to find. Internet, regarding to SEO, is full of misleading info, so be careful.
