Backlinks to my deeper pages? Scrapebox.

Right now I have blasted with Scrapebox a couple times with backlinks pointed to my root of my money site. Should I also have it post comments linking to my deeper pages? How important is that?

Very important if you have any structure whatsoever and your deep pages are anything other than useless fluff. Your deep pages should be targeting different keywords in your niche and you should hit them each with links containing anchor text relevant to the target keywords for that page.
