Perhaps you should try indexing services. You can make a request in the sales sections that you need to index these links.
 
First you should check if the website allows indexing.
Check the html code if it has "noindex" tag it wont work, even using a indexer.
 
Most of the links from social media sites won't index in Google. As advised they may have the noindex tags. Instead you can find other quality link building opportunities.
 
All those links are marked with no-index meta tags.
Regardless, they send positive signals to google.

I have seen same type links of links indexed on google. Prove me wrong. Show me exactly where the "no-index meta tags" are on the same type of URL's. Do you have a prove?
 
Don't use indexing tools they never help ill suggest you to create ******** comment backlinks etc. as tier 2. Also there is some secret tricks available but paid.
