is there anybody can say the best backlink indexer tools for ever?

For small number of links, Google Submit URL is the best one and the most efficient. For huge number of backlinksindexer is a good one, also there is a good tool here in the forum marketplace at MISC section. Go check it out and read the reviews.
 
I would go for backlinksindexer if I were you. That's what I have been using for the longest time and it's really efficient and it hasn't given me any major problem.
 
I use indexinject, try to search in BHW, they have 2 option for index
 
As said above, submitting to google is a good shout for small numbers of links, if not, get up your GSA SER and build links on all those platforms for indexing, ie RSS, blog and image comments and indexer, I do that for my churn and burns and pretty much all of them get indexed after a few weeks
