Backlinks from the same IP address

It could be a spam while google consider those links better remove them and get links from different Ip blogs that looks more natural.

If you are talking about the PBNs that are hosting on the same IP, then yes, that would be a red flag.

But if you are talking about other backlinks then you can create as many as you want.

I have buy 100 backlink from fiver (+700 review positive). All the backlinks from domain with the same IP and content similar rewrited with quillbot. My web site is drop down.

There would be no negative effects if the backlinks left no trace other than IPs.

If overdone, this would look really suspicious.

In fact, Google has been known to ban obviously fake blog networks that use this strategy.

People who are building PBNs routinely buy different hosting packages with different IP blocks to avoid this issue.

If you've been getting backlinks from the same IP address, you need to diversify your link sources pronto.

You don't want to find out the hard way that this is a thing.

Remember, if you want to rank well, your link "diversity" must look "natural."

IP should be different, having same IP is a red flag.
