I bought backlinks for my blog. I got appreciable report from service provider. However I went for one by one check all backlinks found DA 30+ and PA 1.00 I felt offset. Will these backlinks upgrade or degrade by blog? What if I delete all those backlinks ?

DA and PA are just some metrics. The fact linked page is relevant or not, your back link source has enough link juice or not. Still, DA looks promising. Check the PA of both versions using www or non-www. You might check the wrong one.

Did you check the PA for root domain or URL of the post link?

Low PA will not be a problem. It is just matter of getting link juice from those sites.

Don't delete the links; you may get some SERP position changing while the links getting indexed. Wait for a couple of weeks you get the clear idea about keyword improvement.

That's a good point. If you are checking PA of your post URL then no need to worry. :)
