Free links will only get you so far. Especially if you are targeting competitive keyword. 10 month old site should already be ranking pretty well. Reality of SEO is, that without spending money, you can't make money. Get some guest posts, editorial links or PBN links. Those are the only links that actually provide a significant push to the competitive keywords. The links that you posted are nice for diversity, but do not expect much movement from those. Web 2.0s are fine, but unless you use expired ones or build some decent tier 2 there, then the same applies.
