BACKLINKS BUILDERS , HELP!

hello everyone !
as a newbie, i started reading about backlinks and how to build them ! one way i found is blog comments, finding relative blogs to your website and comment using URL link email and name. that's what i did and i see no results so far i did like 50 blog comments many got approved but i see no backlinks built
also i created a lot of profiles with my site link ( profile backlinks ) but i see nothing on the SEOprofiler (backlinks checker)
i must be doing something wrong , definitely
i appreciate any kind of help ... please

Links take some time to show up in these 3rd party tools - when did you make them? And build some tier 3 links to the profiles

what are tier 3 links ??

If you want real backlink, then search for High PR Forum and post. Press Release, Article Submission, Web 2.0 and social media will boost your rank.
