Hey!

We're an ecommerce who is also already established.
We have a SEO team who works on keyword analysis, SEA (Google) and also in general SEO related tasks.
What we're definitely lacking is backlinks. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm looking for a person who can give me a clear strategy what we need to work on right now regarding backlinks (ethical; grey zone depends on what it exactly is; no illegal) and also in general to make sure that our competitors are not first movers.
We want to be the first movers and I need to know what we need to do now.
We don't have much time and want to improve asap.
I need an action plan.
