There's a lot more things that can be found here and most of the time for cheaper too.
Other than that Google is your best friend.

there are no shortcuts for this and on fiver you’ll get 301 and you’ll be happy but those 301 are not worth it

I was more referring to the BHW Marketplace in regards to buying the links and methods.
Just trying to build my site DA and my overall Ranking Positions.
Google doesn't seem to bring much up, apart from over used, spammy sites.
Fiverr is something I've stayed away from as a lot of them use spammy links, either through scrapebox or something, I just wanted some sites to build some links on to improve my site.
Seems rather difficult.

Yes, if you are in contact with a writer for one of these websites you could ask him to plug your link and pay him $$$. I am sure that these sellers that sell the links for few thousand dollars do the same thing.

That's not a bad idea, not worth spending thousands of dollars on though. Not when some PBN Links could do the same thing for a fraction of the cost.

Building DA won't really get you anywhere.
Most of the links that people say to build for increasing DA are just that. Solely for increasing DA. Most of the links won't improve ranking.
What you should be going for is trying to build high quality links, nothing to just purely increase DA.
