5 minutes is too short. You need to wait at least a hour minimum. Meanwhile you can index it simultaneously using different indexers.

Have a popular/well-spidered domain in GSC account > set up 301 redirect from a url on that domain to the 3rd party url you want indexing > request indexing of the 301 redirect (url inspection tool) > cross your fingers and toes

Sorry this is not possible with any tool as google index backlink through there process donot try to do this, that doesnot works.

It is not possible to index the backlink in just five minutes because google follows the pattern, in which the crawler crawl and than index the backlink so It is the process which cannot be done in 5 minutes and no SEO tool can do this.

Choose such a site for backlink that indexes so fast.. that's the only way.. Because you can not find a way to index any kind of link so fast.

Google uses crawling and updating to index websites. I think you need to keep your sitemap updated and submit it to Google Search Console. Ask google to index specific pages. Share your content on social media. Create good content for natural backlinks. Use internal linking for better navigation. Check Google Search Console for indexing issues. Remember indexing takes time. Donot use spammy tactics. Some services can help with indexing but it is not guaranteed. Get good backlinks through content marketing and outreach.

I think no tool or process can get your links indexed in five minutes.
