Basically how many days will take to reflect a backlink to your site(to show his power)???

It depends on many factors. If you have already bypassed the sandbox, as soon as Google visits the backlink it may start offering power. And also you have to consider other pages in your niche, in case they are also moving forward. Its not the same a stagnant niche where you may see instant effect (after Google has visited the backlink), than a very competitive niche where all the sites are regularly moving within a day.
