Can anyone recommend a good backlink checker? I would like to check to see if my baclinks are still good then use scrapebox to see if they are indexed and if not the push them through xindexer. I haven't found a good backlinker checker yet though. Let me know if you have any thoughts.

Seoquake is good for checking backlinks,also you can use it for site analysis! And seo spyglass for checking backlinks.
 
topwebsitecheck is a free historical backlink checker site. (historical backlink, alexa stats, facebook mentions, site speed)
 
Ahrefs Site Explorer or Backlinks Checker Tool - Backlink Watch or Majestic SEO : Backlink Checker & Site Explorer are my favorites.
 
What i don't get is that if you are going to use Scrapebox to see if they are indexed why can you not use scrapebox built in linkchecker?
 
I find MajesticSEO a reliable backlink checker. It will show you the websites linking to your site, the anchor text being used, and the page and domain authority of the linking page and site. Its Backlink History Tool will help you know the number of detected backlinks for a certain domain, subdomain or URL.
 
I can truly vouch for Ahrefs, although they are rather costly and you pay by the amount of searches (so no screwing around!)
