Its alright. There are certain modes you can set up in the App. It goes from 0-100% and you can choose between 1-5 Zaps. Up to 50% its barely noticeable but then it very noticeable. Not outright painful but not the best feeling ever when you get 5x 100% Zaps in your wrist
