Guys, it sends you the mailer after the activation of your CREDIT CARD. You can't rinse and repeat unless you have like 100 credit cards! Sorry but Google is on to you!

when I clicked http://www.google.com/ads/250/v.html it will bring me to the 'create new adwords account'..but i still dont get the coupon.

means that just go through the new registration here http://www.google.com/ads/250/v.html

after verify the CC details.Mr G will send the coupon through the snail mail?

can I choose option bank transfer to get the coupon?

all those questions about how it works and if it is an EMAIL or MAIL..

for google... a MAILER is NOT a EMAIL!

btw.
i pretty much looks like scam. the most of you wont be eligible to get the coupon.
you have to be a onlineshop or offer a service or something... they wont give you 250$ to promote your affiliate stuff..

sounds like a good deal. the $250 can help generate traffic for a new site. still, i am wondering if this had produced good results... or just similar to the other campaigns
