means that just go through the new registration here http://www.google.com/ads/250/v.html

after verify the CC details.Mr G will send the coupon through the snail mail?

can I choose option bank transfer to get the coupon?

btw.
i pretty much looks like scam. the most of you wont be eligible to get the coupon.
you have to be a onlineshop or offer a service or something... they wont give you 250$ to promote your affiliate stuff..
