I have been running Facebook ads for clients for quite some time now. Facebook has banned my ad account several times and only releasing after I chat up their customer agent. Does anyone know the complete list of things we should aviod when using Facebook ads?

Op such things are not shared on forums. Those who know, don't share. That "Trade secret" thing. It's all about hit and trial and experience.

I never knew I thought experienced marketers already knew how to avoid banning

So many rules to follow on Facebook now,do not make any claims or guarantees on your ad ,make sure your landing page is congruent, they are the main things, get a lot of likes on your page before you even think about starting, could go on an on.

You can create something like 5 ad accounts for each profile, having fake (good quality fakes) profiles allows you to have many ad accounts. I have like 400 ad accounts, and you do need multiple ad accounts, because when you start getting leads (if you set ads to lead generation) or sales (if set to direct sale) Facebook will start lowering your traffic quality, resulting in higher cost-per-lead and cost-per-client. And this is where a fresh ad account comes into play.
In case you use ads for lead generation you also need a good daily budget strategy, cus basically if you're paying leads very little money you'd better get as many as you can right now when they're not yet expensive, but if you increase your budget too quickly Facebook will think you're making a lot of money and lower your traffic quality a lot, so increase it gradually day by day, be quick so that you make sure you get as many as you can for the cheapest price, but don't be too quick or else you're done with that ad account.
