Avoiding Country GEO Blocking with your Website... Advice??

Hi guys - I'm an SEO Manager of an adult SEO company in the UK.

One of our clients runs an adult website based in UAE, Qatar and Dubai. These countries have very strict GEO-blocking legislation which means the website has now been blocked in these countries. While some clients are smart enough to use a VPN, most are not.

Our client mentioned that other websites have found sneaky ways to avoid these restrictions and it sounds to me like they are either setting up quick pop-up 1 page websites or using multiple redirects to continue evading these restrictions. Both of these strategies have obvious flaws to me if we should retain this high-paying client in the long-term.

So.. do you have any ideas of how we can continue to compete and if possible, avoid these restrictions in these countries? We need advice urgently!

Got any ideas of how? Bearing in mind we'll need to spend a few months getting the landing page to rank, in which time (even if using a "pop-up site" separate from main site) this landing page could be taken down

You can use offshore anonymous hosting accounts where you can pay by Bitcoin. You will easily find such servers based in NL or Panama etc.
