Avoid Wasteful Testing

Hey BHW!

I've been studying up on copywriting, finished my third book today, studied & re-wrote word for word some old newspaper ads that sold millions, made some demo ads to prove my worth..

anyway so I'm anxious to get started but I refuse to have to build my own websites/blogs. I've been down that road.
I wanted to do things differently, like an e-mail campaign (I've never done email campaigns in my life so...)
Tell me if you think I'm off to a good start so myself and others who wish to walk my line can spend our time MAKING MONEY.


Planning is the most important part.

So... with that:


1) E-Mail/get in touch with website owners in a NICHE, "tip" them off to an article. Get them to agree to post MY CONTENT ( affiliate clickbank ad ~1.5k words ) with affiliate link that's been shortlinked and tracked. My seed.
WHY WOULD THEY? They want/need relevant articles. They want high quality content. They want to grow. ( & it's a free article ).

2) They post it on their website. I now have a link. Do this as much as possible. Get many links.
3) Promote these links to other bigger sites & social media to share. Spread my seed.

4)... viral? My (epic-mind-fck-contagion-a$$-kicking-mon3y-m4king-l33t-contagion-juicy) seed is all over the face of the internet. (;

If I'm seo sam / missing a step / have too many steps / fell off / am stoned / am a genius / smart / need to run for president / too many options & mind explode / am hot tell me now.

Any thought-out suggestions/specific critique feedback would be amazing.

Guest posting with affiliate link? I don't think is gonna work like that. Why don't you try redirecting to a page in a wordpress site?, something simple, you don't need much time to do this. Good luck.

I do like that idea. I'll look up re-directing. This way I can change where the link goes. Essentially still control the link...

Even if you don't like the idea of having your own website I can tell you that it's wrong not to, it's important to have full control over what you do and having your own website is the way to go, no matter how you drive traffic to it.
