Can you please guide me how to create Google Ads avoiding suspended while create the first campaign?
Suspended always said "Payment activity"
Do you know the most Platform for promote?

Suspended for payments means that you are connected to previously banned accounts.

You will need a better fingerprint setup + new 4G IP ideally on a different sim card.
 
It’s your setup somehow connecting you with other previously suspended account.

Check and clean up:
1. Use fresh VCC
2. Try different VCC BIN
3. Change your billing address just to test
4. Register on a different IP
5. Use clean browser

If it is still happening then you’re just caught up in between other people’s spam activities and your registration may be marked as suspicious for being somehow related to these spam that is happening, try to register on another time.

The best way to bypass this is prepare yourself to appeal their suspension.
