I bought your VPS, but only afterwards did I check the reviews on Trustpilot and I got a little scared.

Especially because of this comment:

"My server was inexplicably suspended due to spam, and they didn't even offer me a data recovery option. This is the worst data center I've ever seen. Please don't buy anything from them. Their domain is my.ava.hosting. I asked to pay to restore my data or buy a new IP to reinstate my service, but they refused."

Do you suspend accounts without warning and don't give people the right to make a backup before expelling someone?
What is the procedure?

You should always a make a backup. We don't provide backups for Phishing, Spam, Fraud, Scams clients that did such things, we can't provide backups if the server was used for such ilegal activities.
We never suspend someone without a valid court order or legitimate abuse.
