REFUND POLICY
“STANDARD RETURN TERMS”Full refund option available within 30 days of purchase, giving you plenty of time to test their overall performance.
AVA HOST reserves the right to return money to our customers for purchases made using credit cards, Webmoney, UKR Cards or PayPal to the original account. Please note that AVA HOST has no control over any additional fees that PayPal or credit card companies may charge, so you will need to contact them directly.
Please note: Only first-time hosting accounts are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee. For example, if you previously purchased a shared hosting package and canceled it for a refund, you will not be eligible for a further refund of the shared hosting price. Additional licenses for third party software (such as cPanel or Softaculous) are non-refundable.

Since, we are Hosting Provider we have many products, how to purchase the process is usually "easy" just like others stores:

2) Select the service / product you are interested you can select the products and services in main website or billing page (which is also our client area and can be easy for you)
3) Register with your details (if you already have an account, please login and select the product / service and buy)
4) During the order you is "possible" to change and add features (please note this is not available in all products!) like RAM, Space.
5) Your service will be delivered after the payment gateway confirms and the service / product will be delivered to you (unless dedicated servers with are delivered within <24h or because is out of stock products)
6) After the payment being confirmed and service / product delivered it will be shown in your client area from our website and will be visible and available to you. (Please be sure to check your email also)
7) If you have any issues regarding your service you should contact us and provide all details like (Screenshots, logs etc)
