Automatisation of Porn Upload Method - Tests

For mt first contribution, i would like to share my tests results about the porn method
I started 1 week ago uploading videos manually, and since 2days I am looking for automatize the process :

Manual method :

During 2/3 days, I downloaded videos on xHamster, cut them at 10" with MovieMaker, rename in "Video Title - Watch Part2 on MYDOMAIN" and upload them on Xvideos selecting tags manually for each videos.

- 13 videos on xVideos: 17 820 views in 7 days
- 13 videos on Youporn : 27 595 views in
- 12 videos on Porn dot com : about 10 000 views in 5 days

=> 38 videos / 55K views / 1 week
=> Chaturbate affiliation stats : 309 hits / 0 registrations

Automatized method :

I have the Youporn CSV file with 100K videos url.
I scripted a python bot to take rows one by one and detect the URL of the video
The bot go on Youporn and download the video on a /videos folder, then it store the csv row ID in a file to avoid downloading the same file again. (it i restart the bot).
The name of the video is detected and the file is atomatically renamed : Video Title - Watch ....... .mp4

Then the bot launch the upload process : a script upload files presents in /videos forder on my xvideos account, adding preconfigured tags : "hardcore porn webcam fu**".
Once a file is uploaded, the bot delete it to save my HDD ^^.
The bot waits 1 min before upload again, to avoid to be detected as a bot

I have developed it last night, during a small test it download/upload 142 videos.
Today, i have :

- 142 videos on xVideos (new account) : 1 023 views day 1
=> Chaturbate affiliation stats : 347 hits / 0 registrations

Advantages of this method :
- Now i have just to start the bot and go take a coffe
- I can work on other things (improve the method ^^) and wait the results

Disadvantages :
- All videos have the same tags. (tags may not correspond to the uploaded video)
- I download ALL with no filters, slow resolutions, wathermarked videos, and upload ALL. I thinks a lot of my videos will be deleted. (But in the mass it could be rentable ?!)
- I protect myself to be anonymous to avoid DMCA ^^ (Anonymous email for account and VPN)
- My bot only upload on xvideos.

If you have any advices or ideas to improve my method i would be happy to discuss about it

(I will not give my bot, but if you know python, i can share my upload process to work with you on scripts to upload on other sites ... youporn, pornhub, xhamster, or porntubes scripts)

Why don't you use the tags from the original video? Can you pm me the upload script for the other sites?

So, users go to your site and instead of second part of the movie they get Chaturbate cams. Why they should register?

How you upload 142 vids in one day to one account lol?

Straight up man that explains the bounce rate. It kinda pisses people off or they just end up looking for the second half of the video somewhere else, even though it doesn't exist.

On youporn and redtube you get ban easily for spam.
Many other tubes require manual approvements so if the moderator sees you are spamming they will ban the account.
Few sites will allow this kind of spam, the best is xvideos but strikes and ip ban come fast.

Try watermark the videos then just send traffic to your own site try something other than webcam affiliation for monetization.

Where do you launch the program?

I tried on my computer and honestly watermarking the video with FFMPEG was tedious, taking all my CPU, and making so much noise on my computer.

I tried on a VPS with 2 cores but it was a joke, to watermark a 150 mo file, it takes more than 20 min.

I upgraded to 6 cores server, and the watermarking time was ok but 15$/month for this method was not worth lol.

I have only a script for xvideos at this momment, i tried for youporn but more complex. I just see i have the tags in the CSV file ^^ i will use it ^^

The bot is launched on my computer (behind VPN), i will try to watermark videos with ffmpeg and share you the results
(i have a core i7 with hyperthreading (4x2cores)... i hope to have good performances ...)


I use chaturbate affiliation because i saw Adrian's article explaining he was using Crackrevenu, and increased it's revenue by 30% switching to Chaturbate affiliation with RevShare (20%) option.

You think my technique it's not adapted to have a good conversion rate ?
In other part, it's automatized, and 1000 videos/day auto with a low conversion rate should be beter than 10 videos/day manualy uploaded with a better conversion rate, no ?


(I also have a tube site which is grabbing automatically videos from pornhub every day, i have PlugRush and Exoclick affiliation ads on this site, but no traffic.)

For today (since 20 last hours) I have :

202 videos / 1560 views / 47 Hits / 0 registrations

Since 1 week, downloading manually on xvideos and pornhub, i have 356 Hits but zero registrations .

If i send traffic on my pornsite, and after i hope visitors click on my ads, i think not have a better convertion rate ...

Which affiliate program do you use ?

chaturbate for one month and earned 0$.

But this is a matter of traffic I don't have enough(70/day.)

I have read some old posts and it says that it is roughtly 1/100 ratio for free registrations and 1/44 to get a spender.

xvideos seems to be banning videos with watermarks? anybody with this problem? from my tests thats whats happening but yet i see videos with huge watermarks being uploaded..

Xvideos sometimes really hard with the spammer. Ban hammer can be working... :S

That sounds about right.

Although there are two things which effect those ratios:
Chaturbate tracking isn't the best to say the least, you can't really get accurate info. The repeat visitors are recounted every day they visit the site, this shows up in the stats, thanks to this moving forward in time the stats are getting skewed more and more. If you don't use any other tracking, just theirs, there's no way to get accurate data, only in the first couple of days. You'll see that the conversion ratio goes down with time and that's not because it converts worse and worse, but because the repeat visitors water down the stats each day they visit the site. Practically it doesn't even worth to take into account, when you're promoting the site for a while and you accumulate more and more repeat visitors.
The free registration : spending member ratio is effected by the countries you target. If you target tier 1 countries, you can get a better rate than 1:44, you can go below 1:20. I have mixed traffic, half of it is tier 1, the other half is tier 2 and tier 3 and my ratio is 1:40.

Don't upload too much, 200 videos per accaunt with intervals beetween uploading and 0 problems.
