Browser Automation Studio ,scrapebox or even some chrome EXT ,
but it depends on the website and type of data you need to scrap ,some website are very easy even chrome addon can do the job for you ,
but other are more complicated (changed classname ,token ,session ,captcha, ip limit ,....) cuz every web is different .
better to hire a freelancer or if you have time you can try & learn (there's lot videos in youtube ,and check chrome addon) .

100% yes you can @aymenbrn went above and beyond, most people here don't know aymenbrn is one of the foremost industry leaders in bot building and his codes are in place in probably 60% to 80% of the bots on the market. He has decided to take matters into his own hands and make software that is virtually undetectable as automated through the browser. Guys, I'm not kidding this tool is what all serious bot builders need to get. I have tested it myself and I can't find a way to detect it.
