Hi everyone, which do you recommend for running 100-200 profiles to do instagram automation? Strong VPS OR Dedicated server?

To run 100-200 Instagram profiles with automation, a solid dedicated server is usually more stable and reliable than even a strong VPS, especially when it comes to resource management. Also, to avoid blocks, many use mobile proxies to spread connections and reduce footprints, since Instagram is getting stricter. It depends on your budget and tech skills, but a dedicated setup with proper proxy rotation is often the safest route.

Multilogin and adspower can be automated easily but buying working proxies will be a challenge because most are saturated.

You can use VPS, however just make sure to check the software requirements so you know which ones work with your setup.

For that many profiles, a dedicated server might be better for you long-term. That also assumes you're running multiple browser sessions, containers, and or tools like Jarvee (or whatever currently exists claiming to be the next one), anti-fingerprinting browsers, or custom Puppeteer setups. If you were working with a significantly lighter setup and split load across a few mid-tier machines, then VPS could still work out for you.

i have never tried running that much, does anyone want to share their experience for a newbie like me, what do i need to do to run 100-200

If you're aiming for 100–200 accounts, go with a proper dedicated server.

A VPS might hold for light setups, but you’ll quickly feel the limits once sessions stack or if you’re running browsers with real fingerprints.

With a dedi, you get more control and less headache, especially once you start managing proxies and containers seriously.

You’ll thank yourself later for not cutting corners at the base layer.

A dedicated server would be the better choice. VPS might work for smaller setups, but at that scale you’ll need full CPU/RAM access and better stability. a server with at least 32–64 GB RAM, high clock-speed CPU, and SSD storage should suffice.

VPS can work for smaller setups but once you push volume shared resources can get messy. Just make sure you’re pairing each account with its own residential or mobile proxy so nothing gets linked together.
