Hi,
I am looking for an automatic proxy switcher software that (maybe) finds secured proxies and changes them automatically after x minutes! I need it to check my site from different countries!

Yep, definetly go for HMA. Just 10 bucks a month & good usage with it!
 
Does it allow automatic proxy switching after say 10 seconds?
 
it has a build in setting for proxy switching but 10 secs is too low i think coz it took some 10-20 secs to connect to the new one for me , could be better for other users as i have a 1MB internet connection
 
Yes. HMA allows auto time-based switching...

HMA has got a lot slower over the last year due to an increased user-base. It can take 30-60s sometimes to lock on to the next IP.
