I think it will be good if mods add this so any newbies right after registration will get an Automatic PM Message Rule reminder or something like it
" Dont spam On BHW"
I think it will be Decrease rate of posting Spam By newbies.

Better still how about a message telling people not to start pointless stupid threads, especially ones like:

How I can send 1M $ from Iran to other countries?
How to Spend 100k $?

and other such troll fodder.

Diamond Damien already sends an automated message that reminds people of the forums basic rules.

I'm pretty sure they are already asked not to post low quality/thank you posts
