I think it will be good if mods add this so any newbies right after registration will get an Automatic PM Message Rule reminder or something like it
" Dont spam On BHW"
I think it will be Decrease rate of posting Spam By newbies.

How I can send 1M $ from Iran to other countries?
How to Spend 100k $?

and other such troll fodder.
