This in itself won't do anything for you I'm afraid. There's nothing new here and even if there was no worthwhile targets will use that kind of CAPTCHA.

You cant make money from this.
Take a look at Gsa Captcha breaker, Capmonster, Xevil - thats your potential competition. This software solves thousands of captcha types for one time/yearly/monthly fee. Are you able to compete with them? No.
Sorry it was not clear, this kind of captcha is an example.
Since I'm using machine learning, I can solve different kind of captchas, even more difficult ones.
So my question is then what is a worthwhile target for you?

Google reCAPTCHA is the only thing of real value. There are too many other competitors offering captcha solvers for the type of captcha you can solve.
What would YOU use this type of captcha solver for? If you can't think of a use for it, you can't expect others to.
The cost of marketing to compete with people already offering what you are offering isn't worth it.
You should try to use it yourself.
Then my question is how the people who are using these software making money? Creating accounts and sell sell? Spam? Anything else?
Yes I want to use for myself not to market it. I have few ideas on how to monetize it but I just wanted some more inputs because I think I'm missing some.

its easy to solve google recaptcha with some third party that uses people solving by hand and then give you the answer with an api

You can already solve ReCaptcha for a few bucks per 1000 solves. Profit from that then worry about saving yourself a few bucks trying to solve it yourself.

Kudos on developing this. If you've solved recaptchas, even better. The best uses for it would be to connect it as a service to tools like GSA SER or any tool that searches Google rankings. Best for me would be having it see the captcha in the browser window and solve it for me, just in normal web use. I always overthink those damned things.
