Autoblogging and copyright infringement quesiton

Hi guys,

I believe that if I am using an autoblogging plugin and don't give the source of the article I infringe the copyright.
But if at the end of the article I give the source of this article, do I still infringe the copyright? After all, I didn't get the permission from the website (article) owner to use the article on my site.

There is also question if you actually upload images to your own server or if you are embedding them from source? You should have no much issues (take it with a pinch of salt) if this is the case since they are going to go to the source location.

However, I see nothing wrong even with pointing to the source of image. Sometimes this is considered even better SEO practice and sort of "worked better" at least on my end while I was doing that type of sites. This is even considered as fair usage.

At the end of the day you are using image that you don't have permission to use so yes you are infringing copyright in case strict rules are applied.

Also, consider keeping even source of the article, why not? Here is one hint that you can do research on.
