Auto website creation + blogging + cloaking

In recent week, I started to see some spammy websites that are ranking in my niche keyword.
At first, I thought it was no big deal but now it seems like they are taking over slowly.

Their websites all have the same structure.

EX ) A.com has a title with one simple niche keyword.
That domain has hundreds of subdomains like wesr.A.com or xcucvu.A.com and those pages also have one simple niche keyword as their meta title.
They have thousands of posts in each subdomains which is automatically generated. Different content but same topic.
Once they start to rank high in certain niche, they cloak the website and forwards traffic to affiliate links.

I know this tech existed since the dawn of humanity but it seems like its ranking high these days. Or maybe it just started invading my niche.
I can do cloaking and auto blogging separately, no problem, but it seems like there are thousands of spammy websites like these and it got me thinking there must be a program for this.
Is there a program out there that simplifies all this process?
I know there are some ppl in BHW that doing this thing. I remember seeing some posts about it.
Tips, anyone?
