Auto-Tweeting bot keywords help

Hi everybody, I am xTomas and I need your help.

I'm needing something for auto-tweeting everyone that tweets for example some tweet with the keyword "music".

If some account tweets for example: "I love music" the bot will send him an automatic tweet saying "someaccount If you like music, then follow someaccount2" that would be awesome.
