Automated content content is garbage if you are actually planing on ranking and creating a 'decent' website.

This is too vague! state what you need to do with those automated content..in what niche?
As said, automated content is zero for SEO but works if you have another traffic source (eg. social media). there is no universal script for this. can you be more specific?

what language do you want to code it in ? you can use the markov algorithm to auto generate unique text for cloaking.
deppends on what you need it for. all these people who say auto generated content doesn't work are probably whitehats and never really tried properly
(using some article spinner and trying to promote 2 auto generated sites with manual links doesn't count you noobs lol)
if you are worried about users seing the content, just cloak the site it works great!

because it works else nobody would do it. think about it
just deppends on how its done. some content generators are better than others, but that doesn't matter with cloaking and markov text. it works fine also to rank sites. however many people use those sites not for direct ranking, but as PBN for their money pages which works very well. those saying auto generated content doesn't work have either never tried or didn't know how to do it properly, thats a fact!
