Again - I don’t think the virus is fake or any kind of conspiracy. However, how it’s now being used and manipulated to fit countless agendas (profit being one) is plain as day to see.
No hunger is a natural human reaction to not consuming food, I wouldn’t advise eating bigmacs to satisfy that natural reaction though as they’re poison, but then again.. you’ll put anything in your system by the sounds of it.
I’m out, your views, beliefs and how you think this should be dealt with frighten me to be honest more than any covid virus. Hopefully this is not a glimpse of things to come, divide and conquer.. the oldest play in the book.
To the others here questioning the status quo - keep doing so, every year we seem to be losing more and more rights to one scary media lead monster or another.
Before I leave.. don’t you forget to book in for your booster Bart, 3rd times the charm and all that.
To be honest, I understand Bart as I know many people like that.
I worked with PR a lot in my job so I see the influence it has on the population.
Newspapers are a tool to influence people, mostly used in politics but also applied for health and in the last year to push the vaccine.
All these "If my mother took a third shot she will still be alive", "99% of people with severe illness are not vaccinated" and all these is pure influence and mass communication, it's nothing new.
When it comes to the vaccine, it's obvious that they do propaganda for it.
What is absolutely scary to be honest, as I don't care about Bart's opinion in the end but it's the... "science by press release" that we are seeing in the last year which is disgusting.
Newspapers are now cited as sources for reliable scientific information instead of medical magazines or epidemiologists research and this "science by press release" is making everyone crazy because it's a propaganda which is based on fear...
In addition, "scientifical news" is making people believe all the pro vaccine propaganda without questioning anything.
Press release is a marketing tool, we should never forget that.
I think the main problem is that people are all the time on a computer or phone so it makes critical thinking die completely and infobesity permanent...
As marketers, we are supposed to understand the BS around communication and PR.... newspapers have always done that.
