Australian VPS Needed

I'm looking for an Australian VPS that is clean and not abused or blacklisted. Mainly need this for running paypal/ebay accounts so will not require a whole lot of memory, but hoping that it won't be dead slow either.

I tried searching other sections for this but its a bit confusing as to what people are offering so I figure I'll post this thread instead and allow sellers to let me know how much they can offer me a Windows VPS for.

For now I need one and will be buying more each week or so.

Apparently someone didn't read that I need a VPS from Australia, so still need to find a provider.
 
I suppose if anyone has an Australian dedicated ip, that could work too although vps is much preferred.
 
Have you tried cloudshards? I had a client who was using it last year and they had no problems with it.
 
Most people don't offer Australian VPS as the internet over there is insanely expensive
