So, after getting a bad start in domain flipping. I've realised that
what are the factors I've to consider while buying a domain for flipping.
Domain Flipping is not that easy....

My question is that at what grounds there is a trademark issue arises with a domain.

Apple has a trademark on Word iPad followed by 4-5 more companies.
And there are lots of website running with this KW in their domain name.

Question is How ?

Let's say my domain name contains a word called
Android.
and seller said to me that there is a trademark issue on that.
But there are already lots of website running right now which contains Android in their name.
Android Authority
Android Police
Android Central
Same works with iPhone
Mac

So, what's the catch here are these websites doesn't come under the threat of trademark or just a newbie have to face this kind of problems ?

Interesting question :) I believe there is no problem registering and hosting such domains, there just might be some registrars or hosting companies that will deny you. There is just the risk that you can get shut down at anytime without warning.
